Every weekend, these brave adventurers gather at the grand Rope Course Arena, their capes of fearlessness billowing behind them, their eyes sparkling with anticipation. Leading this pack of eccentric explorers is a delightfully peculiar character, Sir Squiggles Von Giggles. He's a sprightly, chatty alligator with a top hat, a monocle, and an infectious giggle. With a twinkle in his eyes, he instructs his tiny troops, sharing secrets about mastering the rope course. His encouraging roars can be heard across the arena, filling the hearts of every Rope Ranger with courage and fun. Despite his scaly skin and sharp teeth, he is as gentle as a marshmallow and as hilarious as a clown. Sir Squiggles and his troupe of Rope Rangers love to cap their day off by sipping on fresh orange juice, while recounting tales of their daring exploits. Oh, what a spectacle it is! Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. Girl Scout Camp Telogia is a 9.5-acre paradise, located on the north side of Holmberg Road, just west of SR 441, in Parkland. This camp has been a beloved part of the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida since 1961, when Broward County gifted the land to the organization. In 2018, plans to permanently abandon the property were suspended and in 2019 a three-phase restoration and revitalization plan was adopted. Camp Telogia will soon be ready to welcome Girl Scouts for daytime and evening activities. It will be the perfect place for the progressive program outdoor experiences to begin. Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida is delighted to announce that Camp Telogia will soon be restored and revitalized to its former glory. This 9.5-acre camp, located on the north side of Holmberg Road, just west of SR 441, in Parkland, has been a part of the Girl Scouts since 1961.
