In the tiny, vibrant state of Delaware, fondly known as DE by its inhabitants, there exists a thriving, pulsating community of children who are just as vibrant and full of life as the state itself. These aren't just any ordinary kids, oh no! They're a bunch of melodious maestros, with golden voices that can make the birds stop and listen. Now, let me introduce you to Sir Songalot, the imaginary, musical knight who watches over these amazing kids. Sir Songalot, with his trusty musical staff and armor made of 100% recycled concert tickets, is quite unique. He has a beard made of music notes that dances every time he sings, and his eyes twinkle like little disco balls. Countless times, he's been asked if he had swallowed a stereo, because music just seems to flow from him! Wherever there's a child singing in Delaware, you'll find Sir Songalot strutting about, conducting the music with his staff, his long, red cape fluttering behind him. He treasures each note like a rare gem and applauds every time a kid hits the perfect pitch. He's there when the children are rehearsing in their schools, practicing in their garages, or performing at the State Fair. With his magical staff, he can even tune the town's bell to play along with the children's delightful melodies! Under Sir Songalot’s watchful, twinkling eyes, the children of DE sing their hearts out, knowing they have the coolest, funniest, and most musical mentor in their corner. Their tunes echo through the state, painting Delaware with vibrant strokes of melodious harmony, making it the happiest, most tuneful state of all.

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
