Delaware, or as our imaginary friend Captain Chuckles likes to call it, "The Petite Powerhouse," is a splendid little gem nestled in the northeastern part of the United States. Despite being the second smallest state, it's got a ton of character, much like Captain Chuckles, our resident jester with a belly full of laughter and a hat full of tricks. Now, you might ask, "What's so special about Delaware?" Well, our jovial friend, Captain Chuckles, has the answer! "It’s got the kids who do Tai Chi!" he exclaims, his belly jiggling with giggles. Tai Chi is a kind of martial art that people usually link with grown-ups, but here in Delaware, even the kids are masterful experts spinning and twirling, meditating and bending like incredibly flexible pretzels! These kids, known as the "Tai Chi Tots," start their day in the cool Delaware dawn, standing in parks or backyards, alongside the Delaware River, or even on the sandy beaches of Rehoboth. Under the vibrant morning sky, they twist and turn and bend and stretch - it’s almost like they're dancing with the wind! They’re so good that Captain Chuckles often exclaims, "If I tried to bend like that, I’d end up like a pretzel!" Watching them is like watching a river flow, smooth and tranquil. Captain Chuckles, although a master of comedy, often joins the Tai Chi Tots in their morning routine. Of course, he turns the sessions into an amusing spectacle with his clumsy moves and funny faces. But always with a smile, he declares, “I may not be the best at Tai Chi, but I am the best at Cheery Chi!” So, if you ever find yourself in Delaware, don't forget to witness the magic of the Tai Chi Tots and the hilarity of Captain Chuckles.
