Once upon a time, in the tiny but mighty state of Delaware, a cool gang of kids gathered to defy the laws of gravity. Yes, these brave, thrill-seeking youngsters were part of the Delaware Daredevil Skydivers Club, the most fantastic and fearless group of youngsters this side of the Mississippi! Now, the leader of this high-flying pack was a hilarious, freckled-faced boy named Tommy "Two-Toes." Tommy earned his nickname because he could wiggle his two big toes in rhythm with any tune, a talent he claimed helped him balance in mid-air while diving through Delaware's lovely blue skies! Being the smallest state didn't deter Delaware from boasting the biggest dreams and brightest kids. The landscapes were perfect for skydiving - a blend of bustling cities and peaceful farmlands, sandwiched between the Delaware River and the Atlantic Ocean. The Daredevils would leap from their plane, the "Delaware Dasher," and pepper the skyline as they spiraled, somersaulted, and laughingly free-fell back to earth. Tommy "Two-Toes" and his troupe were known for their colorful parachutes, bursting open like giant M&M candies against the sky. While they were descending, they would wave at the poultry farms (Delaware's famous for its chickens, you know), sing songs to the ocean, and even attempt to high-five the occasional seagull. These kids weren't just daredevils, they were comedians too! Imagine, while hurtling towards the ground at fantastic speed, Tommy would yell out silly jokes for his friends to hear. "Why don't scientists trust atoms? Because they make up everything!" This was just another day in Delaware for these skyrocketing, skydiving comedians, the most daring children to ever soar above the Diamond State.
