Now, leading this phenomenal pack of pedal-pushers is none other than the cool and courageous Captain Delaware, a kid so cool that even the ice creams refuse to melt around him! With his wacky polka-dotted helmet and a grin wider than the Delaware Bay, Captain Delaware leads his crew of Daredevils across the state, leaving a trail of giggles and guffaws in their wake. There was that time in Dover when Captain Delaware’s cape got tangled in his bike chain, causing him to ride in circles whilst the Daredevils chuckled heartily. Another time, along the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, a seagull swiped Captain Delaware’s cap thinking it was a flying fish, and oh, how the Daredevils roared with laughter!
