Piedmont Ballet Academy has a long and proud history of providing quality dance instruction for students of all ages. Founded in 1998 by Jeff Stuart and George Latimer, Piedmont Ballet has been under the direction of Robin Costa-Gustafson from 2010 to 2018 and Neela Reed since August 2018. Our teachers strive to provide an encouraging and supportive learning environment, with an emphasis on traditional technique, gentleness, inclusivity, and a sense of community. Our students have the opportunity to perform in our annual Nutcracker production and our spring recital, with adult dancers included. We also place a great emphasis on composition and creativity, allowing our students to showcase their own work on stage.
