Every day, Herman, with his tiny hammer and oversized spectacles, builds these wakeboards with a sprinkle of giggles, a dash of courage, and a healthy dollop of California sunshine. The kids strap on these boards, hold onto a rope attached to Herman's house, and whoosh! They're off, skimming across the waves, leaping into the air, doing tricks that would make a dolphin jealous.
