His egg-straordinary puns and quirky culinary tips always cracked them up. “Remember, kids, to make the best fudge, you’ve got to beet the heat!” he clucked. The kids of Arkansas and Chauncey made the funniest looking pies, and the tallest burgers, stretching all the way up to the clouds. They baked cookies shaped like the state capitol and carved watermelons into giggling goblins. They whipped up spaghetti twisters, imitating the tornadoes that sometimes visited their state. They even held a yearly contest for the best ‘Razorback Ribs,' paying homage to the University's mascot.
