These kids were the "Story Mavericks", the youngest and most sprightly group of writers this side of the Mississippi. The Story Mavericks were a wild bunch. Among them was Jake, the boy who wrote tales of talking tornadoes and mischievous raccoons. His stories would spin you around like a whirlwind, leaving you huffing for breath and begging for more. Then, there was Bella, the master of adventure, whose fables of exploring the mysterious caves of the Ozarks had every listener on the edge of their seat. And let's not forget Keisha, the queen of comedy. Her hilarious stories of squirrels serving pecan pie and frogs hosting beauty pageants would leave you rolling on the floor, laughing your socks off. The mighty state of Arkansas was the perfect backdrop for these storytellers. With its sprawling forests, vibrant wildlife, and a river that spoke in whispers, it was a living, breathing canvas for the Story Mavericks. The air was always thick with their tales, as if the wind itself were a storyteller. That is why we've ensured that our facilities include a separate waiting area for parents, offering a space for you to relax while your child is busy exploring their creativity. This architecturally significant building combines two intimate theatres, an open-all-day bar/café, artist housing, offices, production workshops, community meeting spaces, and outdoor spaces at three levels.
