In the heart of the USA, surrounded by its sister states, lies a place known as Alabama, or as the local kids - with a twinkle in their eyes and mischief in their giggles - like to call it, "AL". This is a place where the magnolias bloom confidently, the Southern Sun smiles warmly, and the football games are just as important as the Sunday church. Now, in the land of Alabama, there lives a bunch of kids, cooler than a cucumber and wittier than a walrus. They have an extraordinary superpower – they possess the amazing ability to turn the ordinary into extraordinary with a simple wave of their magic wands, also known as pencils. They are the Sketching Squadron! They don’t just draw, they create new worlds on their papers, and boy, do they have fun doing it! Leading the Sketching Squadron is the hilarious, always adorable, Sir Sketch-a-lot! Half raccoon, half human, and full-time drawing obsessed, he has a vision of turning every kid in AL into an artist. He's got a tail that twirls like a Picasso brush and a laugh that sounds like a kookaburra singing the blues. Sir Sketch-a-lot guides his team through enchanted forests, over rainbow rivers, beneath candy-floss clouds, and even inside a dragon's fiery belly, all with a stroke of a pencil. These little artists of Alabama, from Birmingham to Huntsville, Montgomery to Mobile, they all gather under the pecan trees, giggling and sketching, transforming their beautiful state into a gallery of imagination with every line they draw. If you listen closely, you'd hear them chant their mantra, "In AL, we don't just sketch, we sketch-a-lot!"
